A special place for your next event

The Garden Club of Orange Park offers year-round rentals. We have two rooms available, each with a private bathroom and entry door. The two rooms are connected in the middle with a kitchen. The kitchen includes a food warmer, a sink, prep counters, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. An accessible ramp and dedicated parking lot provide direct access for your guests. Open House Every Thursday

4:00 - 6:00 P.M.

We will be having open houses showing off the Garden Club every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. If you wish to rent and want to see the place, come on down!

Monday - Thursday 4 hours, One Room - $125.00 Extra hour - $35.00

(9:00 am - 11:00 pm) 4 hours, Full House - $200.00

Friday & Sunday 4 hours, One Room - $250.00 Extra hour - $35.00

(1:00 pm - 11:00 pm) 4 hours, Full House - $300.00

Full Day, One Room - $350.00

Tablecloth Rental: (6 round and 1 rectangular - 7 feet) - $60.00

Security Deposit:

A $200 security deposit (including tax) plus a signed contract are required to hold a date. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the event date if there is no damage. If damages exceed the deposit amount, GCOP will file a claim with the renter’s event insurance. When a claim is filed, the Renter is responsible for paying their event insurance deductible, in addition to repairs.

Event Insurance is Required:

  • Individuals may use your personal insurance company (GEICO, Progressive, Nationwide, etc.) or a third-party company - we recommend Event Helper.com (https://www.theeventhelper.com/#k1YPGJ). If you use your personal insurance, please list The Garden Club of Orange Park as “additional insured”.

  • Business organization that already have insurance may provide a “Certificate of Insurance”, which states they are covered for an outside event.

  • A Certification of insurance must be provided to GCOP 30 days before the event.

Tablecloths Charge:

Tablecloths are available. See above for the Tablecloth Rental Fees.

Rental Fee Payments:

60 days before the event - the rental fee is due.

All rental fees include 5.5% state sales tax + 1.5% county sales tax.
