The Garden Club of Orange Park, Inc. offers year-round rental opportunities for a variety of events and gatherings. Our facility features two spacious rooms, each with its own private entrance and restroom for added convenience and flexibility.
The rooms are connected by a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a food warmer, sink, preparation counters, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer to support your catering and event needs.
For ease of access, the facility offers an ADA-accessible ramp and a dedicated on-site parking lot, providing convenient entry for all guests.

Security Deposit
A $200.00 security deposit (tax included) and a signed rental contract are required to reserve your event date. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks following the event, provided no damage has occurred. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the Garden Club of Orange Park, Inc. (GCOP) may file a claim with the renter’s event insurance provider. In the event of a claim, the renter is responsible for any applicable insurance deductible in addition to repair costs.
Event Insurance Requirement
All renters are required to obtain event insurance. Coverage may be secured through your personal insurance provider (such as GEICO, Progressive, Nationwide, etc.) or through a third-party event insurance company. GCOP recommends The Event Helper.
If using personal insurance, please list The Garden Club of Orange Park, Inc. as an Additional Insured on the policy.
Businesses or organizations with existing insurance coverage may provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)verifying coverage for the event.
A valid Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to GCOP at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Tablecloth Rental
Six (6) round tablecloths and one (1) rectangular tablecloth (7-foot) are available for rent for $60.00.
Rental Fee Payment Schedule
All rental fees are due 60 days prior to the event.
Taxes
All rental fees are subject to 1.5% county sales tax.
